Rescue chopper reaches Gadchiroli

A rescue chopper has reached the landmine blast spot in Gadchiroli were 15 (not 16 as reported earlier) CRPF jawans of the Special Operations Squad were killed today. Naxals blew up a bus carrying the jawans this morning. Combing operations in the area has already begun. In Mumbai, where the state legislature is in session, Home Minister R R Patil is expected to make a statement in the Assembly on the attack.
