MLA abducted by Maoists writes another letter

Abducted MLA Jhina Hikaka has written another leader to the Odisha government, urging it to agree to the demands made by Maoists for his release.

Maoists have demanded an immediate end to Operation Green Hunt and all other action against the Left-wing ultras.

Hikaka was abducted by Maoists while returning from Koraput to his home at Laxmipur at about 1 am of March 24.
