DSK handed preliminary charges in French prostitution racket

Shamed former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss-Kahn has been handed preliminary charges alleging he was involved in a hotel prostitution ring in France.  

The French politician's lawyer, Richard Malka, said that Strauss-Kahn left was accused of procuring prostitutes and involvement in an "organized gang."   Malka said that Strauss-Kahn has denied wrongdoing, and added that it is wrong to prosecute him for "simple libertine activity,' Fox News reports.
