CNN IBN's startling disclosure right now: A tape of the alleged conversation between Army Chief VK Singh and Lt Gen (Retd) Tejinder Singh exists. The recording, says a former colonel, has a man's voice claiming army chiefs before Singh have taken bribes and after him will be taken care of. The tape then has a recording of VK Singh ordering the man out of his office.
