4 days for Rajoana hanging, Punjab on high alert

A high alert has been sounded in Punjab over the impending execution of Balwant Singh Rajoana, convicted for the assassination of former Chief Minister Beant Singh in 1995. He will be hanged on March 31. So far, 15 companies of paramilitary forces and police are on standby.
