Court asks John to surrender, bail plea at 4 pm

The Mumbai sessions court has upheld the 15-day jail term for actor John Abraham in the 2006 rash driving case and has asked the actor to surrender. The actor had sought time from the sessions court to surrender, but the plea has been rejected. His lawyer will be moving the Bombay High court against this order of the sessions court shortly, reports Toral Varia
