Ashwini Kumar to be made MoS-finance

Our Delhi correspondent reports: Sources say that Minister of State-Planning, Ashwini Kumar may be made minister of State-Finance, in the next reshuffle of the union council.

Kumar is said to be a trusted lieutenant of Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh.
