Armed miscreants loot train passengers in Malda

Armed miscreants injured two persons and looted money, jewellery and mobile phones from the passengers of NewJalpaiguri-Sealdah Padatik Express near Malda Town station, police sources said on Saturday.

Around 20-25 armed miscreants entered some of the bogies of the train late last night when the train on its way to Sealdah had stopped at the outer signal of Eklakhi railway station near Malda Town, the sources said.
