As of now, Pranab Mukherjee remains the Cong's choice for president: After Wednesday's political ruckus by TMC chief Mamata Banerjee and SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, it has emerged that the finance minister and veteran Congress leader Pranab Mukherjee may still be in the race for the President's post. Congress is likely to announce the name of Mukherjee soon.
