Punjab jails may allow conjugal visits

In a first, Punjab may allow conjugal visits in state jails.Punjab's head of prisons Shashi Kant has sent a proposal to the state government seeking permission to allow select male inmates to have sex with their partners in a designated area of the jail. If the proposal is cleared, Punjab will become the first state to allow sex in prison.
