Our correspondent in Delhi tells us that Sonia Gandhi is upset with UPA2, which is not implementing many of the directions of the National Advisory Committee. Out of the 24 recommendations only few were implemented -- the Food Security Bill, the Forest Land Bill, the Eradication of Scavengers bill, the Sexual Harrassment Bill and the Land Acquisition Bill. None of these issues were addressed by the PMO or by UPA2. Sonia is certain to address this in the extended CWC meet today.
