Pranab, Jairam, Scindia draft Sonia's CWC speech

Back to the CWC meeting. Our sources in Dehi tell us that Sonia Gandhi's speech was drafted by three Union Ministers -- Pranab Mukherjee, Jairam Ramesh and Jyoditaditya Scindia . Additional inputs were provided by NAC secretariat after their meetings with the PMO. Pulok Chaterjee, who is the Principal Secretary had a meeting with Rita Sharma -- Secretary NAC and K Raju, who is joint secretary in the National Advisory Council and a close confidante of Pulok Chatterjee.
