Just in: Shanti Bhushan CD case: The Delhi court allows the police to take voice samples of Shanti Bhushan, Amar Singh and Mulayam Singh Yadav.

The Delhi Police are investigating the contents of the controversial CD in which Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav, lawyer Shanti Bhushan and politician Amar Singh were purportedly talking about managing a Supreme Court judge and a deal of Rs 4 crore.

Notices under section 160 CrPC would be sent to Mulayam, Amar Singh and Bhushan soon and they will asked about the conversation in the CD and their voice samples would be taken to match it with the voices in the CD.

Officials said if they came across any conspiracy in the talks between the trio, more stringent charges would be added in the case.
