Army chief: Nothing will be brushed under carpet

General Bikram Singh who formally took over as Army chief yesterday says nothing will be brushed under the carpet. Speaking on the recent controversies in the army, he said, "Let us continue to remain a secular, apolitical force and do our job the way it should be done."
