SC: Why should tiger tourism be allowed in core areas?

The Supreme Court hauled up Jharkhand, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Maharashtra for not notifying the core areas and asked why tourism should be allowed in these areas when tigers are nearing extinction.
