Standby for Pratibha Patil's address tomorrow

President Pratibha Patil will address the nation tomorrow which will be telecast over all channels of Doordarshan in Hindi followed by English from 7 pm onwards. The address will also be broadcast over all channels of All India Radio in Hindi followed by English from 7 pm onwards. (TRPs will zoom up, we are sure).

Patil, who hails from Nadgaon village of Jalgaon district of Maharashtra, is the first woman to occupy the top office having assumed charge as the 12th President on July 25, 2007.

Former Finance Minister and President-elect Pranab Mukherjee will be administered the oath of office as the country's 13th President on Wednesday.
