Relationship with UPA remains intact till 2014: NCP

Praful Patel says that the NCP's relationship with the UPA is intact and will remain intact till 2014. However, the NCP will not participate in any government function till a decision is reached on its stand on the UPA. This is why they will not attend the PM's farewell dinner for outgoing President Pratibha Patil today.
