Strike still on, but one local allowed to run

Western Railway PRO Hormand Mohta speaking to Rediff.com's Ganesh Nadar says the first local train since the strike began, a Borivali slow from Churchgate has just left. Mohta says more such locals will be available in a bit. Negotiations with the striking motormen's union are on.
