The other story from Delhi is that AICC media cell chief Janardhan Dwivedi is upset with TV channels for reporting that Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh as has been asked to step down as the person in-charge of Uttar Pradesh. This story was apparently fed by a Union Minister, who is in possession of a document by Digvijaya offering to step down.
