Ranchi doctor offers to treat acid attack victim for free

After nine years of government apathy, 26-year-old acid attack victim Sonali Mukherjee finally has a reason to cheer. A Ranchi-based Good Samaritan plastic surgeon has offered to treat Sonali, who was left blind and partially deaf by the ghastly attack that also disfigured her face at age 17, for free.
