NDA set to name Jaswant for Vice President poll

The UPA is set to announce the name of its vice-presidential candidate today.

Jaswant Singh's name is expected to be announced today when all the partners of the alliance, led by the BJP, are expected to meet. Senior BJP leaders are of the opinion that the UPA nominee should not be allowed to win uncontested and all Opposition parties should put up a candidate against the ruling Congress-led front.
