Monsoon deficient in July, may catch up in August

The MeT department says monsoon may be deficient this month across the nation, but expects recovery in August in the rice-growing regions. But as with everything to do with the weather, that's a may be. For now, the MeT says rain will deficient in Gujarat's oil-seeds growing areas.
