Four injured in explosions at Vasai, Mumbai

Update on the explosions at Vasai near Mumbai.

Lancelot Uttanwalla reporting from Vasai says that a low-intensity blast took place near Dattani Mall in a plastic bag in a dumpster. According to various versions, the blast took place between 7.30 am and 8 am, injuring at least four  people.
Rediff.com's Prasanna D Zore adds that police Naik Valvi says the first report about the blast came in at 7.55 am but refused to confirm the number of injured. Police are still investigating the blasts, but no word yet on whether it was a terror attack.
