Explosion in Mumbai suburb causes panic, not bomb

Three small simultaneous explosions at Vasai near Mumbai led to panic this morning. A Zee News report says that the explosions took place in three bottles kept in a polythene bag. Four women are reported to have been injured in the incident; two of them are said to be serious. The police have said that the incident was not related to terrorism, but are yet to ascertain the cause of the blasts.
