When asked about the Time magazine assessment of Dr Manmohan Singh as an underachiever, Khurshid says, "We don't accept the assessment of Time magazine. I don't have to wear my faith and my allegiance to the PM. We can't have a better person to lead us through the economic crisis," says Khurshid.
