Zardari shocked over barbaric burning of Pak man

In other news, Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari has expressed profound grief over the harrowing incident in which hundreds of angry protestors burnt a man to death after accusing him of blasphemy.

 

The mob wrested the mentally unstable man from police custody before burning him in the Punjab province. Police said they detained the man after locals complained that he had desecrated the Koran.  

 

Expressing shock over the incident Zardari said that no one should be allowed to take the law into their own hands no matter what the crime is, The Express Tribune reports.
