Cruise apparently begged Katie Holmes to fly to Iceland to celebrate his 50th birthday, on Tuesday, but she rejected his last-ditch attempt to save their marriage, it has been revealed. A source told Us magazine, that the snub '" shortly before their split became public '" sparked a blazing row over the phone. Reports reveal that Tom accused Katie, 33, of being heartless but she insisted the relationship was over. "He begged her to go to Iceland for one last try at reconciliation. She refused and a huge fight ensued,' the mirror quoted a source as telling the magazine.
