MM Mani reaches police station for questioning

Former Communist Party of India-Marxist Idukki district secretary M M Mani has reached the police station for questioning in connection with his controversial speech at Manakkad on May 25 that the party had a hit list in the 1980s and that three of them on the list had been eliminated.

The police had set a 10 am deadline for Mani and if he failed to abide by it he would face arrest. Mani had skipped questioning on Tuesday.
