India doesn't want Pak to clean up proof on Jundal

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) had registered a First Information Report against Lashkar-e-Tayiba terrorist Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal and his associate Fayaz Kagazi for further investigation in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks. The NIA has also filed for Judal's custody, which ends tomorrow. India to tell Pakistan that it will hand over Jundal's dossier only after it finishes gathering evidence. CNN IBN says that India does not want Pakistan to clean-up proof on Jundal.
