BJP may sue Pranab over 'forged' ISI signature

The BJP is set to hold a meeting at Sushma Swaraj's house to decided whether they should take UPA presidential nominee Pranab Mukherjee to court over the 'forged' signature on his resignation letter to the Indian Statistical Institute.

Janata Party chief Subramaniam Swamy will be the key negotiator. Yesterday, the nominations of both PA Sangma and Pranab Mukherjee. The NDA has said that Pranab's nomination should be disqualified as he held the post of the chairman of the ISI, and thereby an office of profit.
