The PM announces relief measures in the state and says the Centre is closely working with teams in the relief operations. The railways are also working on the restoration of rail lines to get back connectivity. PM announces and ex-gratia of Rs 1 lakh to be given to the kin of the deceased. So far, 77 people have died in the floods.
