Technical snag hits Western Railway in Mumbai

Trains on Mumbai's Western Railway, one of the city's arterial lines, have been running late, reports Toral Varia who is stuck on one of the trains for more than an hour. The delay, she says, is due to some technical issue, but she is unable to get through to the railway's PRO to find out more.
