Shoe thrown at Rahul in Dehradun election rally

Just In: A shoe was hurled at Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi at an election rally in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, today. The person was immediately arrested by the police and taken away. Television footage showed Gandhi asking the police to not be tough on the person.
