Khurshid gets a EC slap for Muslim quota promise in UP

Just in: Our Delhi correspondent tells us that the Election Commission has decided to issue a notice to union law minister Salman Khurshid on his press statement about the quota for Muslims. The EC said that action will be taken against the law minister once he replies to the notice.

Khurshid, yesterday, said that the Muslim quota would be increased if the Congress is voted back to power in UP.
