Our Delhi correspondent, as always, is the first to tell you that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi is likely to meet Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalithaa on Saturday, January 14.

Modi will be in Chennai to attend the 42nd Annual celebrations of the Tamil weekly Tughlaq, edited by Cho Ramaswamy, where he has been invited as the chief guest

Interestingly, sharing the dias with him, will be LK Advani, both contenders for the top job. Advani will deliver a special lecture on blackmoney stashed in foreign banks

Anyway, during the stay in Chennai, Modi will pay a courtesy call on Jayalalithaa at her Poes Garden residence, though details the time of the meeting is yet to be announced. The meeting is expected to extend to lunch.
