Gay sex immoral, against social order: MHA to SC

The Union Home Ministry opposes before the Supreme Court the decriminalisation of gay sex in the country. "This is highly immoral and against the social order," the ministry tells the SC. "Our moral and social values are different from other countries and we cannot be guided by them," the ministry tells the SC.
