Mamata to PM: What is the need for NCTC now?

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee addresses the media outside 7RCR after meeting the prime minister a while ago.

She says, "I asked the PM what was the need for the NCTC right nopw. I told him that it disturbs the federal structure and asked him why states were not consulted."

She said the PM told her that "Chidomborom will clear all the concerns and that NCTC will be on hold till consultations are over."
