Italy envoy: Diplomatic solution to fishermen deaths

Right now, Stefan de Mistura, Italy's deputy foreign minister is addressing the media over the fishermen deaths. Immediately after meeting with officials from the MEA, Mistura said that the incident needs to be analysed and a solution needs to be worked out diplomatically.

"We believe the incident happened in international waters," he reiterated. If Italy gets its way, the navy men have to be released and cannot be tried in an Indian court.
