First reactions coming in from Raj Thackeray. He says the party has performed well and thanks Pune and Nashik citizens for handing him a victory. Looking calm, Raj said he would look at the results before he figures out the way ahead, but promised that the party would make headway in Maharashtra slowly, but surely.

The MNS won seven seats in Thane and leads in 27 seats in Mumbai.
