Good morning. In New Delhi, the largest ever meeting on agriculture starts at Rashtrapati Bhavan with 26 Governors, Lt Governors, five chief ministers, 37 vice chancellors in attendance. President Pratibha Patil invites agriculture planners, experts, farmer representatives and economists from around the country for a historic workshop.
