Gulbarg case: Zakia Jafri files plea against SIT

Just in: NGO Citizens for Justice and Peace, led by Teesta Setalvad and Zakia Jafri, the widow of slain Congress MP Ehsaan Jafri, have filed a petition in court saying that the SIT report on the Gulbarg Society massacare in the post-Godhra riots in Gujarat is incomplete.

The petition also stated that they fear that the SIT has not filed the complete report in the Gulbarg Society massacre case as directed by the Supreme Court. Jafri has also sought a copy of the report.

The court has now asked both parties to appear before it on Monday.
