Af-Pak said to attract fewer foreign fighters for jihad

Even as India's foreign secretary Ranjan Mathai meets with his counterpart in Washington today, where AfPak dominates talks, a report on Pakistan's Tribune says that the Afghan-Pakistan jihad is attracting fewer foreign fighters following the death of Osama bin Laden, the growing threat posed by US drones, and lack of funds.
