SPO with links to ISI, Lashkar arrested in Poonch

A special police officer allegedly having contacts with ISI and Lashker-e-Tayiba and carrying a Pakistani SIM card was arrested near the Line of Control in Poonch district, officials said today. Acting on intelligence inputs and after monitoring alleged links of the SPO, Mohammad Rafiq, with militants and Pakistani intelligence agency ISI, the police arrested him at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point along the LoC, they said.
