Devotee says he has Sai Baba's footwear from 1915

A devotee today claimed that he was in possession of saint Sai Baba's footwear which were gifted to his grandfather by the saint in the year 1915.

"My grandfather, late Krishnarao Parulkar, was also an ardent devotee of Sai Baba and he used to visit Shirdi to seek his blessings on a number of occasions when there was no modern means of transport were available," retired professor Kishore Parulkar from Harda in Madhya Pradesh said.

Parulkar said Sai Baba himself gifted his padukayen (footwear) to his grandfather in year 1915 after he came to know about the inconvenience endured by the former in visiting him for blessings.
