'Cyber stalker' arrested for harassing girl

In the first incident of its kind in Jammu and Kashmir, police has arrested an alleged 'cyber stalker' who was harassing a girl by putting objectionable contents about her on the Internet.

"The police received a complaint from a girl in Srinagar that she was being harassed by some Cyber Stalker, who was disseminating obscene material and comments against her in cyberspace," a police spokesman said today.

He said during the investigations, it was found that the accused was operating a fake 'Facebook' account.
