Chargesheet ready in gang-rape, cops want hanging

Just in: The draft chargesheet in the Delhi gang-rape case is ready. The police have asked for the rapists to be hanged. The police say they will cite 30 witnesses for the case and will ensure a fast trail. The draft is also being vetted by legal experts.
