Jaya Bachchan breaks down at Mumbai protest

In a protest march held at Juhu, Mumbai, actor-turned-politician Jaya Bachchan joined hundreds of people to mourn the death of 23-year-old Delhi gangrape victim.

As she addressed the protesters she broke down. "Whatever action we took for the girl, we took it late," she said. "We must apologise to all the victims."
