Economic crisis worrying, difficult: PM

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, while addressing the National Development Council meet on Thursday, admitted that the global economic crisis was a cause for orry.

Stating that it was crucial to get the economy back on track, Dr Singh said it was important to reverse the slowdown. He added that the 12th Plan would set 8 per cent growth rate as its target.
