Kazakhstan: 27 killed in military plane crash

A military plane carrying 27 passengers, including the chief of Kazakhstan's border service, crashed in the southern part of the country on Wednesday.

All passengers on board, including seven crew members and 20 military personnel, have been killed.

The reason behind the crash has not been ascertained yet.
