December 26, 2012  16:46
Just in: The post-mortem report of constable Subhash Tomar is out. CNN IBN reports that the report says that the cop suffered from 'serious ante-mortem' (injuries received before death) and that the cardiac arrest could be because of injuries he received on his neck and chest. "Cardiac arrest was precipitated by injuries to neck and chest. Effusion of blood present in neck muscles, tissues " the report said.

This comes even as two eye-witnesses said the cop was not assaulted and "simply collapsed on the road".
